At ZnZ Gymnastics Center, our goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where athletes can build confidence, strength, discipline, and a lifelong love of gymnastics. Our Recrational Program emphasizes proper skill development, consistent progress, age-appropriate expectations, and a positive coaching approach that allows every gymnast to grow at their own pace.
Gymnastics is a year-round sport, and our recreational program follows a continuous enrollment structure. We believe in progression-based learning: athletes advance only when they demonstrate full readiness — physically, mentally, and technically. This ensures long-term safety, confidence, and success.
A parent-assisted class focused on early motor development, coordination, and confidence-building. Gymnasts explore rolling, crawling, climbing, balancing, jumping, and other foundational movements essential for future gymnastics success.
Designed for independent preschoolers, Mighty Zippers introduces the earliest gymnastics skills in a fun, nurturing environment. Athletes develop body control, coordination, strength, listening skills, and confidence through guided obstacle courses and basic apparatus use.
Beginner Girls is the entry point for school-aged gymnasts. This class teaches the foundational shapes, skills, and techniques that support every level above it. Coaches introduce basic skills on the gymnastics events. No prior experience is necessary – all you need is a willingness to learn and have fun!
Once a gymnast masters all Beginner Girls skills, they may be invited to Intermediate class. This class expands upon foundational techniques and introduces more complex progressions on every event.
New club members interested in this class must first enroll in the beginners' class for our instructors to assess their skill level. Upon mastering all beginner skills, you'll receive an invitation to register for this class.
Designed for gymnasts who have mastered Intermediate skills but are not pursuing competitive gymnastics. This class still works on advanced recreational skills, strength training, and optional challenge progressions.
Our comprehensive Program Guides explains class structure, skill requirements, and how gymnasts move up through our programs. Whether you're just getting started or preparing for the next level, this guide gives you the clarity you need. Click to explore the full pathway!

Gymnastics is a year-round sport, and our recreational program follows a continuous enrollment structure. Progression is based on a gymnast’s individual development, not on seasonal sessions.
How advancement is determined:
To ensure safety, confidence, and long-term development, ZnZ uses the following advancement criteria:
A gymnast must:
Clothing Restrictions: Ensure that your child's clothing is free of any jewelry, buttons, clasps, or zippers, as these can pose a safety hazard during gymnastics activities.
Recommended Attire: It is recommended that gymnasts wear a leotard or a step-in for optimal safety and comfort. Alternatively, non-baggy shorts and a t-shirt that can be tucked in are also acceptable.
Hair Guidelines: Hair that covers the eyes/face must be pulled back into a ponytail to ensure clear visibility and prevent any obstruction during training.
Our tuition fees are based on a four-week month, totaling 48 weeks a year. Your tuition pays for an educational experience and not a specified number of classes. This structure includes four unbilled weeks to accommodate absences due to illness, injury, vacation, holidays, school conflicts, and cancellations due to inclement weather.
In the event of inclement weather and/or poor road conditions, the safety of our gymnasts is our top priority. Please note the following procedures:
Class Cancellations: Classes may be canceled for the safety of our gymnasts in the event of inclement weather or poor road conditions.
School Closure Policy: When Millard Public Schools (MPS) or Omaha Public Schools (OPS) are closed due to weather, ZnZ Gymnastics Center will also be closed.
Weekend Weather Policy: If inclement weather occurs on a weekend, ZnZ Gymnastics Center will not necessarily follow MPS/OPS closings. In such cases, an email will be sent to families to provide guidance on how to proceed.
Notification Channels: You will receive an email when classes are cancelled. To stay updated on class cancellations or changes due to inclement weather, please call ZnZ Gymnastics Center to hear a current message or visit our website at www.znzgymnastics.com for updates.
